The Nor' West Regatta is happening this weekend of the 16th. New rules have been set and the emotions will be running high between SSS 601 City of Roses, Portland, OR and SSS Tsunami. The City has been victorious the past few years until two years ago when it took 4 ships to join together and take down the City by fractions of a point. Last year the City won by 8 points and some events scores were not even counted for the Cities behalf. This year we have made sure that nothing will stop us!!!
